the wheel of fortune
The mood-shift card. Something's turning, sweet pea. Don't ask too hard if it's good or bad, just notice it's moving.
Upright The Wheel of Fortune
The Wheel of Fortune is the card of cycles, change, and the parts of life you don't control. It turns. Sometimes you're at the top; sometimes you're at the bottom; both are temporary. The card's lesson is to stay grounded in either.
Drawing the Wheel often means something is shifting: luck, circumstance, season, mood. The Wheel asks you to ride the change instead of fighting it. What's happening is bigger than you, but how you meet it is yours.

Reversed The Wheel of Fortune
Reversed, the Wheel is resistance to change, or a sense that things keep going the wrong way. Reversed Wheel often shows up when you've been at the bottom of the cycle and you're starting to suspect it's permanent. It isn't.
It can also indicate trying to control what can't be controlled. Some seasons just have to be lived through. The Wheel reversed asks for patience and for radical acceptance, the kind that frees you up to act on what's actually yours to act on.
